2. Content is not hosted here

No comic files are hosted on Sex Comics servers. All galleries are aggregated from third-party sources and displayed through our reader. We do not own that material, and all rights remain with their respective owners.

3. Prohibited content

We filter out and do not permit material involving minors. If you see something that appears to break this rule, report it at once to [email protected].

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the site at a rate that harms it, to attempt to bypass the age confirmation or content filters, to use our image relay to serve other sites, or to interfere with the service in any way.

5. Copyright

Rights holders who want a gallery removed should follow the process on our DMCA page.

6. No warranty

Sex Comics is provided as is. Galleries can be removed, changed or temporarily unavailable at any time because they depend on outside sources. We make no promise of uninterrupted access or of the accuracy of titles, tags or descriptions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sex Comics and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from third-party content or links.
