DMCA & Takedown Requests

Sex Comics respects the rights of creators and publishers. We do not host comic files; we link to and display material that third-party sources make available. If you believe a gallery listed on Sex Comics infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it.

How to send a notice

Email [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Takedown”. Please include all of the following so we can act without delay:

  1. Your full name, company (if any), postal address, phone number and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  3. The exact Sex Comics URL or URLs of the gallery pages you want removed.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge a complete notice within 72 hours and to remove or disable access to the identified gallery as quickly as we reasonably can. Incomplete notices may be returned for more detail, which delays the process.

Counter-notice

If you believe a gallery was removed by mistake, you may reply with your contact details, the URL that was removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was an error. We will review it and respond by email.

Content involving minors

Sex Comics has zero tolerance for material involving minors. Report it to the same address and we will prioritise it above all other requests.
