Sex Comics FAQ

Quick answers about how Sex Comics works. Cannot find yours? Write to [email protected] or visit the Contact page.

1. What is Sex Comics?

Sex Comics is a free website for reading adult comics and hentai manga online. It collects galleries from third-party sources and presents them in a fast, mobile-friendly reader.

2. Is Sex Comics really free?

Yes. Reading is free, and there is no premium tier, trial period or hidden paywall.

3. Do I need an account to read?

No. Sex Comics has no registration or login at all. Open a gallery and start reading.

4. Who is allowed to use Sex Comics?

Only adults. You must be 18 or older, or the legal age of majority where you live if that is higher.

5. Why am I asked to confirm my age?

The site contains explicit material, so first-time visitors see an 18+ prompt. Your confirmation is remembered in your browser so you are not asked again on every visit.

6. Where do the comics come from?

Galleries are aggregated from third-party sources. Sex Comics does not host the files, and the rights stay with their original owners.

7. How often is Sex Comics updated?

New galleries appear throughout the day. The front page lists the latest additions, and fresh ones carry a green NEW ribbon.

8. What kinds of content can I find here?

Doujinshi, manga, artist CG, game CG, western comics and image sets, spread across a wide range of tags and themes.

9. Which languages are available?

English, Japanese, Chinese and Korean. Use the language filter on the Browse page to narrow things down.

10. How do I search for a particular comic?

Type a title, artist, parody or keyword into the search box in the top bar and press Enter. Shorter keywords usually return broader results.

11. How do I browse by tag?

Open the Tags page and pick any pill. You will see every matching gallery, with pagination at the bottom.

12. What does the NEW badge mean?

It marks galleries that were added recently. The badge is green so it stands out from the red theme.

13. How does the reader work?

Open a gallery and press Read Now. Pages load in order as you scroll, and the Gallery Info button at the bottom takes you back to the details.

14. What are the Single and 3p view modes?

Single stacks pages in one centred column, ideal for phones. 3p shows three pages per row, which suits larger screens and quick skimming.

15. Does Sex Comics save my reading history?

Yes, but only inside your own browser. The last 100 galleries you opened are stored locally and are never sent to our servers.

16. How do I clear my reading history?

Go to the History page and press Clear history. You can also wipe it by clearing your browser data for the site.

17. Can I download comics from Sex Comics?

There is no download feature. Pages are streamed to your browser for reading online.

18. Why does a gallery show a 404 page?

The gallery may have been removed at the source, the link may be mistyped, or it may have been filtered for safety reasons. Try searching for the title instead.

19. Images are slow or missing. What can I do?

Refresh the page first, since images sometimes need a second attempt. If a gallery still fails after a few minutes, email us the link so we can look into it.

20. Does Sex Comics work on mobile?

Yes. The layout is built mobile-first, with a grid that adapts from six columns on desktop down to two on small phones.

21. Is there an app?

No. Sex Comics is a website. On most phones you can add it to your home screen from the browser menu for an app-like shortcut.

22. How do I report a broken gallery or request removal?

Broken galleries can be reported through the Contact page. Copyright owners should use the DMCA page, which lists what a valid notice must contain.

23. Is content involving minors allowed?

Never. Sex Comics filters such material out of listings, search, tags and the sitemap, and it returns a 404 for those galleries. If you see something that slipped through, report it immediately.

24. Can I suggest a feature or a new tag?

Yes. Email your idea to [email protected]. Suggestions for filters, tags and reader improvements are read and considered for future updates.

25. How is my privacy protected?

There are no accounts, so there is no profile to build. Your age confirmation, reader mode and history stay in your browser. The Privacy page has the details.
